At the end of the day the court would sell the property and after lawyers and stuff I would imagine just taking a fair offer from us at 40-50% of the appraised value would be the route any sane person would go.

They also asked if they could have some stuff that was left by the curb - old TV & broken exercise machine - and I told them to take anything they wanted.

If a lender can lay out everything clearly, then they probably have their stuff together.

I pay more for my stuff, why shouldn't renters pay more for theirs?
