Curious if anyone has any experience tapping into government funds for socially conscious real estate developments whether that be low-income housing or senior housing.Has anyone looked into this and have any advice?

I make good money working in tech, so could eat these costs, but I'm unsure if this is the best idea to rent it.

And of course, don't draw too much from it so that it eats away at your potential gains on your next property.I love talking about split entitlement for VA loans and also advising active duty and veterans on how to utilize their benefit to the max.

I just dont know where to start disputing this, if it is with the plumbing company first, with the HOA/MC who authorized the additional fixes, or just maybe eat the cost and try to put an insurance claim under my rental condominium policy if i can. 

Considering the extensive rehab, there seems to be potential for a lot of unknowns during the rehab that would eat into my profits or wipe them out entirely (like major unexpected repair items, overages in current budget, or increased holding costs as my renovation scope expanded or progress gets delayed...which is bound to happen at some level).

Hiring a management company when all they do is eat away at your profit and take advantage of you. 

The drug user consciously purchase the drugs took them onto your property, and then overdosed with them.

That said, there is nothing wrong with answering the phone, responding to emails, doing research online while your kids are playing, eating dinner, doing homework, taking a nap, on a slide at a playground while you are sitting on the bench, still sleeping at 5am while you are enjoying your first cup of coffee, etc. 

This constant repair eats up all the cash flow.
