If you want a decent comparison based on the size and area (keep in mind I have no idea what the interior of the Cresthaven property looks like), there's a house listed on MLS literally about 5 houses down across the street listed for $419,700 (H3178488).  

Take for comparison Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge in Tennessee, where there is also some seasonality but there are also many more place to stay, so prices are more affordable for us tourists.So, for example, looking at the town of West Yellowstone, MT or even the hamlet of Babb, MT, there's no shortage of space there.

So before you compare those companies as operators it makes sense for you to decide which of those asset classes is what you are interested in - then find operators who are involved in that asset class for a comparison.  

It's not a fair apples to apples comparison. 

However, I have found the information on bigger pockets to be superior in comparison to lifestyles.
