I was looking for some questions to ask when interviewing agents to work with.

For context, I am a full time real estate agent and investor in Connecticut.

Make sure you find an investor-friendly agent + attorney.

I feel like I had gotten my team set-up, a young aggressive real estate agent who owns rental properties himself and buys foreclosures and repo's himself, a solid lender, cpa/book keeper. 

That’s somewhat helpful, thought the fact that you are a licensed agent isn’t gonna help You either

Be aware of hidden damages in foreclosed properties, factor in potential vacancy rates, and consider property management for a larger portfolio to streamline operations. how would you advise wholesalers to work with real estate agents in emerging markets

I watched the showings and checked in with the agent frequently, they weren't getting serious interest in the first few days it was on the market.

During this process, the selling agent for the builders company quoted us a price of $80k to add a 3rd car attached garage to garage with completing the entire area over the 3 car garage.

I happened to be away for a wedding out of state, so i had my Agent and Contractor walk through it together. 

I recommend working with an investor-friendly agent who focuses on cold-outreach methods like cold-calling, cold-texting, etc to bring you off-market deals.
