MH parts are not like fixing a apartment or house.. they are not available at home depot.. which makes maintenance tough and not fun.Also for ME PERSONALLY I would never ever buy a park that was not on city water and city sewer..

Be cognizant of the fact that the city is a crap hole though and while you may have ok tenants, you also run the risk of having bad tenants.
