When you go against the grain, you QUICKLY see who truly had/has your back vs. those who were just blowing smoke up your you-know-what.

Nope.....Playing the lottery is a poverty behavior....Just like smoking, not caring about your health, blaming everything and everyone for your problems...the list goes on.

So, inevitably there was damage....holes in walls, cigarette burns in carpet...holes from kitchen knifes..... you know.

Yup it's all smoke and mirrors by California politicians.  

Man has looked forward to this time and place in history for the last 6,000 years and you got able bodied healthy adults standing in the street corners with a cardboard sign and a cigarette in their mouths begging for cash .its sickening 

Provide a safe and clean space for tenants, take pics when you install (every 10 years) or change batteries on smoke/carbon detectors, have them sign off on a movein doc that says windows open, smoke detectors, test.

Give people plausible deniability instead of direct accusation ("I'm finding cigarette butts all over the property -  I haven't figured out who it is yet so please let me know if you have any idea - I've told the other tenants to watch out too - thanks!")   

It doesn't make me feel warm and fuzzy that VP Pence who has written that "smoking doesn't kill people" and who has, in the past, made attempts to block funding to prevent the spread of HIV is in charge of communication if this does turn out to be a serious public health issue.
