Longevity of a good tenant is the really the key to this whole thing called real estate investing (buy/hold strategy).Personally for me I've never bought anything under 100K and rents never under $1200/month to try to capture the "high" quality tenants but I still had trouble.

So make a list of all the lenders you want to quote on your loan, and call them all on the same day.Compare apples to apples by getting a detailed quote for closing costs as well as the interest rate and loan length.

One of the company's properties she markets is called Maverick Investor Group, supposedly one of the more reputable turnkey middlemen.
