<Sarcasm>Seriously, if you can't deal with people honestly are you really operating in the right business?!?

Businesses are not wrong to layoff workers, but it is a double edged sword.

I know all about Hard money and private money lenders, but I am wondering is there is a lender out there that could lend me money to buy my own property under my business name and turn it into a rental all while paying market price on my home?

My business isn't a skip tracing business and not trying to make a lot of money from it, but I would be happy to help if you're having trouble with other services!

The assistance is needed because of other pressing business interests. 

DSCR for STRs is commonly mislabeled under the "hard money" umbrella, when it's in fact a 30 yr fixed, fully amortizing loan (same structure as Conventional), with rates similar to conventional.
