Florence is still one of my top target areas due to ease of licensing and permitting..currently the only requirement is a business license.

I like the walk-thru idea and introduction letter!  

I'm not trying to convince you or anyone else that investing in Punta Cana is a bad idea.

The way I see finding members for your team, whether it be your tax professional, legal, PM, and so on, is simply understanding things at enough of a level where you know when interviewing them if they understand your business.

We have several small businesses opening up and major developers working to revitalize our downtown.

Do you think this is a good idea at all?

I'm looking to connect with people in the note buying business.

I am open to the possibility of investing with someone that understands the market and has been in this business already.  

Part of it is the higher cost of operating a business there, and part of it is that the Contractors know that they can ask higher $$ and usually get it.
