Michael Blank, Joe Fairless, Craig Haskell, and others do that in the multifamily space, and I'm sure some research on the BP forums will turn up others who offer similar services in single family REI.  

You might even be able to get this as a pre-cast piece of concrete.If it doesn't have a back porch light (under the awning), you might add one.
