Listening to Brandon and Josh evolve their host styles is entertaining as well as informative.I currently own one SFH rental in Virginia Beach that was a primary home when purchased.

I have used them for beach houses on vacation both on the east and the west coast. 

Roy picked up on my comment of things I'm involved with, one being an overland trek past the Arctic Circle up to the Arctic Ocean, I've never seen those white beaches (LOL).

Any one in the Long Beach, South LA County, CA area know a CPA who's knowledgable with real estate tax law? 

This company will answer to investors only.The project is developed in Meia-praia, and is located 350m away from the sand of the magical beach of Meia-Praia, 1km away from one of the most famous Golf Courses in the Algarve - Palmares, and 2km away from the Lagos marina. 

For us multiplexed haven't made sense but I am hoping to do that when we move back easy for our 10th property on the beach!

Our first property is a condo in the Fort Lauderdale beach area, a market we understand from having lived there for many years.

It would be like saying I live in Malibu Beach:) I was not sure if you knew as you always say Venice Beach...maybe they should change the name.
