Frankly, the story is just barely plausible as there are people who are not so bright that do things like this, I suppose.However, I'd need to see the chain of title leading up to brilliant attempt at asset protection plan, as executed.Meanwhile, I'd take it off the market, control it, control possession and marshall asset while I addressed the title issue(s), major as they are.The original poster can PM me with the address
