Two of the offers came from buyers who hadn't seen the property yet -- they were desperate to find something in the area, there isn't much inventory, and they didn't have time to visit the property before the seller was going to make a decision.Ultimately, we advised the seller to ignore the two offers from the buyers who hadn't seen the property, at least until they saw it.

I hand it to them along with the blank application forms if they visit in person; I have also emailed it and the blank application forms in advance of them visiting.
