@Ken Robinson - my apologies for the delay in responding... neither the tag you or @Russell Brazil used worked... anyway, your question is too broad as there are so many factors that affect the cost... impact fees, site development, sprinkler requirements, well and septic vs. public utilities (and their respective tap fees), level of finish, total SF, and on and on.
