So far I’ve sent our mail, I’ve been connecting with people, I’ve done cold calls, and driving for dollars.

I literally receive 2-3 mailers every week, and I get at least one cold call per week asking me if I want to sell. 

Cold call, send letters, RVMs whatever takes to get your foot through the door to where you don't have to deal with the middle man.

 I think I would be angry if I want to set the AC to make the rental unit super cold and a landlord is overriding the thermostat, remotely, like a watchdog.

For example, "I now keep a savings account with 6 months of expenses" would definitely relieve some of their anxiety.

or simply start saving cold cash until I hit a dollar amount figure.

I guess it was essentially cold calling and I didn't realize.

Our whole bussiness model currently works through cold calling on records we get from the county, and then absentee lists which are smaller which we pull from propstream, if we cannot get the county lists to work then we have a large problem. thanks so much
