I'm not aware of an active REIA in this area, though I know there used to be a couple.

I'm seeing a lot of foreclosure activity in really good parts of Baltimore County.

There are qualifying questions you must ask your potential sellers as well as qualifying activities that must be done to determine if you even have a good deal.

Active, well known real estate salespeople from popular organizations who simply cannot, or are unable to, tell the truth if lying means they can get a check. 

I love to be active and this includes working out, crossfit (I'm not one of those guys, trust me), camping, cycling, rock climbing and indoor bouldering, networking, hiking, and anything that involves building relationships.Looking forward to diving into real estate investing and beginning this new chapter of my life!  

I've found that www.listsource.com allows you to search by zip code, equity %, corporate owned, etc and from there you can determine who is actively buying properties in your market.
