Hello all I have been using building zoom to view permits on a map but noticed I can only filter the site data to 2017 and below and not anything recent is this website still maintained?

Hey Jeremiah, I lean towards selling the property because that's exactly what I did when I first started getting serious about investing and that first sale put me in a great position I couldn't have achieved otherwise.  

The question is more about what to do on a daily basis to achieve the goals more effectively. 

Looking to scale into the multifamily arena, I began investigating services that offer opportunities to join their community and "be coached" to achieve this task more effectively.Most of these services charge upwards of $20k-$40k. 

Check with the local Chamber of Commerce as they usually collect data on who visits and why.

I'm thinking of mailing a letter to all the landlords address's in the area off of data on the county records.

The positives are your capital gains tax payment is deferred until 2026 and any gains you achieve through a QOZ investment appreciate tax free after holding the investment for 10 years.

Hopefully we can use the data and our experiences to find opportunities.I am looking to get feedback from people that are making recent transactions.
