In the next few months, I'm looking to get a standard CA NAA lease with RUBS included for billing the water and sewer, as well as requiring tenants to have their own renters insurance, as that is not something they are currently required. 

Needs to be more inspiring and modern.

So I didn't end up losing any more money than what was owed but it added about 2x the amount of stress with false hope and promises that never ended up happening.

This is my first go at pet screening.

Do you need all this for a couple of rentals?

Knowledge is power and for me, it builds my self-confidence so I’ve been bingeing podcasts, books and also recently gotten my real estate license so that I could have a better understanding of real estate in and of itself, with the hope of building upon that basic knowledge with what I’ve been learning about in real estate investing.

The real value I see in the course is that he has access to more capital than most investor would trust me with.
