I am planning on buying my first real estate property in 1-2 years during college, Im thinking of going to college upstate new york and Im wondering where would be a nice market to invest in upstate new york or should I buy real estate from other states like orlando since where I currently live at which is new york city, the market here is too expensive for me.I can finally get a credit card now to build up my credit score and also I will have money saved up from my stock trading. what are some advice that I should be doing right now. any replies would be nice thanks.
