Removed debris and overgrowth on property, new siding, windows, exterior doors, total gut of interior including removing walls and re-engineering structure to support roof trusses and ceiling joists, rebuilt staircase to accommodate new kitchen design, replaced entire block foundation wall that was heaving inward, replaced sewer drains in entire home including underground, drain tiled, and rebuilt both bathrooms and prepared current garage to be remodeled to become master bedroom and bath suite.

If the house needs a sump and a pump installed for the first time ever, then it's closer to reasonable, IMHO.I used Foundation Recovery Systems to install a sump pump and drains in my rental house in Independence, MO.

@Ryan Maguire we wholesale but for yourself as a newbie starting out, wholesaling can get overwhelming if you don't have some sort of  real estate foundation and you will have to use funds for marketing , dialers, post cards etc etc Another alternative is to simply find someone to partner with.
