Seems like even with a decent return it will take a very long time to pay off the loan (as opposed to just making the monthly payments).This I can explain as long as I ignore the partnership aspect.

I don't get the same feeling when General Motors stock rises by one dollar.There is no one right investment for everybody, and a lot of people make money in other investments.I remember there was a Limited Partnership sold by EF Hutton that was real estate apartment complexes, all relatively new, all located in Sunbelt states and all financed with 50% or less debt.

That should be addressed in the partnership agreement.With insurance you can arrange the purchase of the LLC or the property as a buy out upon any event of withdrawal.
