If the agent of the corporation signs the lease, do you have the actual tenant as an additional party on the lease?

Asset protection in case one of us getting sued (I think it was a BP podcast episode where a lawyer told the story about the son hitting someone with the car and the family of the kid that got hurt suing them and them having to surrender their house.)

It had been sitting on the market for a long time and the sellers were willing to drop the price significantly.

Conventional financing for this type of property is going to depend in large part on what the purpose of the purchase is as well as the specifics behind the property type.

I know my mortgage payment would go up the amount of rental income I receive should cover that new payment with their still being some cash flow.I would like to get out of my current FHA so I have the option to use it for my next MF purchase (if that is even allowed I am not sure).My question is what am I looking at currently for rates on 15 year refi conventional loans?

The problem I see fundamentally with so called guru promoters is that they share no risk with you.

You can accept the settlement. 

OTC loans are great but I dont plan on living in one of the units.
