@Richard Santi Our fear is that will have little physical oversight of a management company from across the world.

I don’t recommend physical transfer through USPS or Fedex.

First is 100% remote work from home job, guaranteed without any physical visits.

Ultimately you need to be as specific and detailed as possible as this exercise will make you ask questions you didn’t know to ask.  

I’m not even close to getting to this type of structuring but as an exercise of academia, I wanted to get opinions of BP members on the cost and protections of this type of asset structure.

Just because you can physically get to the lot doesn’t mean you can legally put a driveway and utilities across other people’s land.

Perhaps practice on paper then translate what you get onto the spreadsheet and/or calculators.That way you can physically see how you are breaking down each line item.It’s easier to learn now with smaller properties as well.

We updated/replaced these systems and updated physical interior and exterior appearance.

You exercise your rights by screening for quality tenants.
