Any agents on the north shore of Massachusetts that specialize in multi-family properties 

At this point I'd like to get something that offers great cash flows  I'm open to any areas but preferably in North NJ, also any type MFH or SFHs.

I am fifty-eight years of age, have a bachelors  ( 4- year ) degree in Business Administration ( General Management ) from Western Kentucky University ,  Bowling Green , Kentucky .

arrive from INDY that day at 12 leave the next day at 4pm for Orlando.well if your going all the way to San Deigo  just head north up the CA coast into Oregon its spectacular drive.. then head east to Spokane area and cross into Montana there then work your way back south a bit through Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons  which are about as cool a place as you can go in the US.

Hi I am new to this forum and this is my first post, I just invested in rental in north Dallas in excellent school district, i have put in all my savings to the last cent towards down payment, need some advice on listing this rental, do I go with listing agent or is there a way to list this myself and avoid paying commission, appreciate your views and suggestionsI have decided not to go with property management as I live 4 miles away from this rental and can take care of it myself

These are very common in Europe and are gaining popularity here in North America.

I would drop this deal like a hot potato.In many western states (Colorado, Wyoming, etc) folks came in and bought large parcels of land...then they subdivided those parcels.
