I'd request that now as they can take anywhere from 2 to 5 days to complete depending on how busy the title company is.

Like I said, I'm pretty liberal but I'd burn my own house down before I'd let squatters stay there.  

I would imagine your site work costs is strictly a budget since you have not had any civils completed.

I'd say the best approach to buying good is (in order from best deal to worst deal):1: driving for dollars, sending flyers, cold calling leads - basically what wholesalers do.2: reaching out to tax lien lists/foreclosure lists.

I mean you can't realize that gain until you sell your shares and if it's not a publicly traded REIT, I imagine there is not much of a market for reselling them.
