Hey everyone,Was wondering what other investors think of a house that has recently been flooded going for sale at a discount in Houston, TX:House is  3/2 with over 2200 SQFT . 2 stories house, first floor completely flooded and now guttered.

I think driving for dollars is extremely efficient way for anyone, but especially "newbies" to go get deals.This reply was catered to someone here in my area around Houston, but same process applies.
