I am researching and considering using an online service to help with rent collection, statements, and other administrative management tasks for my rental property business.

That only leaves you with a few options.Change your buying criteria (price, location, property type, ect...)Stick to your criteria/wait (you will likely be left with the same results for awhile)Find a new approach to find deals (direct mail, REIA groups, working with an agent, ect...)Seems to me if you want to get in the game you will need to change something.

Also if you are buying under an LLC did you have someone prepare it for you or did you set it up online yourself?

(For example, much lower fees, much more skin in the game, much more experienced sponsors, etc.).

I found the Louisiana contract online and a title company that helped me get it set up. 

I would like to use one of the online platforms like crowdstreet, patch of land, or one of the others......but they only allow accredited investors correct?

Webinars and online research can only do so much.
