@John McConnell - I would typically be concerned about a future BRAC-like move by the government, but we live outside for Fort Bragg, NC.

The rentals returns in areas such as Kingston are incredibly appealing, anyone have any experience here or thoughts/comments on the area? 

I'm evaluating a couple of deals and curious if any real estate agents or investors have any experience in this general area near tcu.

Here in the Dallas Fort Worth area there are multiple Homevestor operations that spend this much or more.

He is looking at it from a viewpoint in Fort Lauderdale Florida and having recently moved from the Fort Myers Florida area I would agree with him for that particular location.

I'll be moving to open an office in Fort Lauderdale / Miami area in August of this year. 900 to 1,300 (depending on your source of information) people per DAY can't be wrong.
