The maintenance people enjoy reporting the people that are tearing up their handy work.As for cats....I'm sorry I'm a dog lover and the kitties are better left outside!

I can do what I want... that doesn't mean buying yachts and bathing in the finest wines or anything silly... but having the money to travel, see the world, enjoy fine things (in moderation), etc...Beyond that, I want my net worth rising WHILE I'm retired. 

I'm not one to protest and actually don't enjoy attending this kind of thing, but that is what they are relying on.  

My current career requires me to travel for work from time to time and I really enjoy the flexibility it provides.  

Respect their need for safety and quiet enjoyment of their home. 

I do not foresee me enjoying being this type of landlord.The nicer more stable neighborhoods with the standard 3 br. 2 baths 2% seems to be hard to come by.

On the public blog, I would do the before and after pictures and some other details about the job and on the BP blog, I could go whole hog and post pictures and price data that you all would enjoy.
