If there is rough work to do, we'll generally do that before this crew comes in (or after they do demo).Since they are used to working together as a crew, they may have 5-10 guys there at all time for the first week.Once they are done, the exterior is pretty much complete (other than roofing, landscaping and any deck work), and the interior is demo'ed, repaired, painted, and finish electrical is completed.Then we bring in our roofer, our HVAC guys, our window guy, our garage door guy, our landscaper, and our termite company (if we need to treat).

You might be able to sell the stones or get a discount on removing them if you find a landscaper who can use them in a stone wall or walkway.

We currently charge 25% but we literally do EVERYTHING for our clients, including coordinating landscaping and snow removal (at their expense) and serving as authorized contacts for utility companies.
