They were all great people, are still close family friends today and I attend every party they throw(trust me, you would too) the landlord has never complained and the house has always been immaculate and landscaping the best of the neighborhood. but of course, that is a isolated situation.

If there is rough work to do, we'll generally do that before this crew comes in (or after they do demo).Since they are used to working together as a crew, they may have 5-10 guys there at all time for the first week.Once they are done, the exterior is pretty much complete (other than roofing, landscaping and any deck work), and the interior is demo'ed, repaired, painted, and finish electrical is completed.Then we bring in our roofer, our HVAC guys, our window guy, our garage door guy, our landscaper, and our termite company (if we need to treat).
