Can we do it through an LLC?  

I know an investor that can do Manufacture homes with DSCR financing.

It was not comfortable in the LEAST but I was cash flowing and was essentially being paid to live in an appreciating asset.

I am wondering if I create an LLC to use as a managment company and use the tax benefits created within that.

I understand his point that the lender will be interested and your deal when you have an actual deal in hand.

An up to 80% LTV heloc could be an option. 

Has anyone here had an experience with one of these lenders that promises 100% on rehabs?
