The next day was Memorial Day so the best the maintenance staff could do was bring in a little shop vac to try and get out some of the water and there was a discussion of trying to shore up the outside to keep this from happening again.

Those folks may just say screw it not renting those things anymore if thats the way they are going to be in a world wide crisis. remember they dont give a rip about you or your finances.. and frankly there is risk in business .. when its good you make a lot of money when its bad maybe you lose some money..

Wrong.Turned out, they had live rock bands - and I mean loud enough to shake the water in a glass on my kitchen table kind of loud, and they played until late - then the staff and friends closed the place up, cranked up their recorded music and would party until the wee hours.
