Good Morning Everyone -Dennis,Question,  Buy & Hold / Fix & Flip / Wholesale?

I would love to get into the wholesale market.

At the last meeting one of the regulars introduced me to a friend that came to the meeting to wholesale a deal.  

Keep in mind, though, that these were for buy-and-hold properties, and I'm not sure how well-versed they are in the unique closing procedures that wholesalers like to use, but it's worth giving them a call.

I've worked the MLS, mostly foreclosures that aren't in terrible shape, but I'd recommend also looking for some wholesalers to buy from.
