Most of the items on the inspection are related to old systems that will need to be replaced eventually, or outdated items since this is an older home.

You'd have to be a special kind of bold to try to skirt the permit system in general, let alone with having an inspector already asking questions.

What is best/most affordable RVM system on market ?

Upon inspection I see that the yard had brick installed creating a pool at the door and 2 dogs I did not know about, {she had one original allowed},ruined the drainage system by digging large holes and mounding the dirt so the water heads toward the house.

Also, I just had the property rehabbed and spent a ton of money on the plumbers, fixing the whole damn system.

In commercial MF we call this RUBS(ratio utility billing system).  

There are 4 septic systems though.
