There is or has been a 4 acre estate in Bellevue that is zoned for building but had too much wet land AND requires a street paved through the middle that needs to be wide enough for fire trucks.

This I feel was a mistake (for a new rental property owner getting his feet wet) because the tenant put in their 30 day notice instead of paying the deposit.

I've already gotten my feet wet with a few deals, as I bought and renovated my own house, purchased a duplex in 2015 which I rent, and bought a small single family home at auction dirt cheap that I plan to renovate.

Is it possible that the cheap-o cleaning got some dormant dog smell wet and all it really needs is to finish drying out again? 

Gets wet blows up like a balloon.
