Funny this thread popped back up after I posted it a year ago- I just came up on orders to Korea last week! 

I sent them my promissory note last week.

I'm doing rehabbing of investment deals & rentals 7-days a week, not even factoring in my wholesaling, and those houses "fly off the shelf".

I am in Daytona Beach, FL for the next two weeks on business and always enjoy meeting fellow real estate enthusiasts.

I asked a similar question a couple weeks ago and learned of meetups in Glastonbury, Manchester, Wallingford, Norwalk, and Fairfield:https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/550/topics/59...So far I've been to both the GBury and Wallingford ones, both were awesome.

BEFORE the vendor bounced $16,000 in checks to me over the span of 6 weeks (I made $4k a week net so checks would clear for a week, then bounce again, then clear, then bounce).  

The first doesnt help for those on weekly pay checks but who wants multiple due dates.

I am looking to make an offer in next week or two if I decide to move forward.

We purchased a property in CA that closed 3 weeks ago, the previous owner had a roommate (paying below market rent) for a room in the home, he provided him 30 day notice to vacate the property as he was a month-to-month tenant.
