I used generic forms for my first wholesale deal, and ended up with a sharply worded two page long email from the closing attorney outlining everything that was screwed up.

I think I know of the Facebook page you’re talking about.

It would be up to me to fix everything the city had listed on the 5 page assessment.

I would recommend getting with your partner and getting on the same page on how to move forward, and get the help of an accountant/ tax advisor as well as a lawyer.

I think that if I could direct people I'm marketing to my email, my phone, and a web address, it would give them options to contacting me and maximize my lead generating capabilities.
