They were ripped off by the inspector because a bunch of those tests samples were unnecessary. 1966 home with popcorn ceiling, almost guaranteed to have asbestos.However, good thing the inspector was reputable and didn't damage anything.Yes, I got the report, and the roof was not sampled.I have offered to eat the cost of a month's rent and have them find another place immediately.

I have yet to look into reputable contractors to do the work, but if I decide to go through with the purchase, I would love to do the BRRR method and rent this place out for $7-750.
