But, it appears it's back on without the partner.

Both units appear to be more or less immediately livable - certainly the renovated unit.

It might be beneficial to take on partners or at the very least create your own business/LLC to at least give the appearance that you are not just a small individual investor.

It appears they've seen my ad for property available, I assume here on BP, and have directly contacted the owners directly offering them cash.
