Honestly, it worked well for me to do FHA with a 2 unit because you don't have the rental income criteria.If you are looking for FHA potential buildings I'd definitely look either far NW along the blue around Hermosa or portage park where @Brie Schmidt would be best to help you or go far West by @John Warren they are both awesome agents to work with.
