I think condo investments get a lot of hate on Backpage, not all of which is undeserved, but the truth is you can do very well buying condos if you are diligent and patient.

I am not sure I can share the template but basically it just states name of the patient, type of animal required including breed.

LOL I own rental properties, too, and you can trust me: you guys are not the 'doctors' to my 'patient'.

If the long term returns work out comparable to rentals then I might just have to get a couple hundred acres, I'm a patient man.
