He has promised we will be moving forward with organizing the HOA very soon.If he doesn't follow thru, I have talked with my attorney about putting some legal pressure on.

Then you are talking 8 months range and the same cost.

I intend to pursue that one, but thought I should probably talk to at least 3 companies.
