I may have solutions that they don't.

We used them in our own house, but they are not a cost effective solution for anything other than a {very} high end rental.  

You can get about 90% accuracy with an online service such as TitlePro 24/7 but I find that cumbersome and 90% is not accurate when the money goes hard.So, your best solution is to use a service like PropertyRadar to tag the properties that interest you.  

Not sure where things are headed, but I am concerned about the real estate market here, doesn't seem sustainable...

I went really quick to 10 and then found out that a lot of SFH is not sustainable.
