Hello everyone,I'm currently delving into the various financing options available for real estate investments and would love to hear about the experiences and insights of fellow investors.

Investment Info:Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

You find SFH investments where the down payment, closing costs, and holding costs will be sub 30k and then you have hope to net a cash on cash 100% return. 

I will be his local boots on the ground and my management company will do all the management (a bank turned him down because he doesn't have any investing or management experience in the USA, even though I will be the local manager). 

I'm going to start gathering investment property quotes this week but wondering if anyone has any guidance on whether the cost varies depending on the type of rental?

I know he has several clients who invest in land around the DFW area.
