Hey BPJust thought I'd post to see how many private equity / investors are active in Georgia, specifically those interested in high-return corporate housing, hospitality and senior care (skilled care & assisted living).

Do you have a specific wholesaler in your group you could recommend that I connect with?

We had to get the food out of the house first and had no way to separate it (no containers and no rooms by the road for separate piles).

I googled but didn't really see anything specific to it.

There is a Meijer and strip mall with good restaurants and businesses nearby including a Whole Foods that helps garner renters, owners to the area.
