William Edmondson Excess moisture/potential mold issue in basement unit

There is nothing growing on the walls or anything, but if you go in there and sit on the couch or the bed it feels cold and damp like it was in a refrigerator or something.I don't believe there are any leaks or anything, I pay for the water bill and the bill is very reasonable, ~100 bucks a month for all three units.There is a crawlspace on the other side of the wall of her unit where the water heaters for the units reside and there are various things stored like yard tools, is it possible that rain water is getting into there somehow and leaking under the floor, humidifying the room?

Determine the lots highest and best use together as a parcel or would be to sell individually.Look up current zoning and land use map and then what is slated for the future zoning and land use map.Once you have defined highest use see what the sold and asking comps are going for.

I want a guy who is licensed, will warranty the work and carry insurance that will protect my property in case he messes up. flood burst pipe/fire/boiler blows up etc...but when hiring carpenter, painters or flooring people ...do I really care if they are insured or not. those folks will show you certificate of liability insurance ...which does not protect the guy from injuring themselves on the property. how much damage a painter can cause or flooring guy ?

Also, the floor had some big cracks and looked bad and this was a home built in 1904 with a brick basement, common for the area which is a hot area of higher priced older homes here, so I had the three walls removed and replaced with new block walls, a drain tile and sump pump system put in and a new floor poured on top.
