Albans but it looks like there may be a slightly larger, more reasonably priced selection in Swanton (we foresee rents being lower there, but still may be a worthwhile trade-off).

I bet the bank will regulate the appraisal (since this is a point of extreme liability for them they typically use an appraisal clearing house service that randomizes the selection of the appraisal from a certain pool of appraisers, so the lender needs/wants to use that clearinghouse service).

If you do select that route I would make sure you have the right follow up infrastructure to nurture those leads so they dont die - they're 3% ROI typically.
