I have not listened to that podcast episode, but I picked a random one hour podcast of his and listened in some months ago.Somewhere around minute 35 he mentioned an amazing investment opportunity to invest with him to get rich!!!!

I can handle stress we have over 3 restaurants inthe family ... stuff happens things take down turns randomly .. been there done that with dumb lawsuits customers/ employees have thrown at us I guess thats why im so cautious honestly that plus the main reason i see real eatate as a safer investment and why im am here on this forum is ... my parents have 2 single family  rentals and one commercial building (they paid off in 5 years with restaurant profits) cash flowing 1000 each house and commercial cash flowing 3,500 freely and its a piece of mind they always have extra money coming in with payment free properties I guess since i grew up seeing that side of passive cashflow I’ve always thought wow they have zero payments and they get all this money flowing monthly (obviously not a great sum) but you get what i meanOkay ill probably start going 30 year notes but just for the sake of peace of mind forsure im gonna be paying them off sooner if economy starts shakingAgain im here for the long haul in about 4 months ill be looking for property #2 so yall shall see me again here

I also found that any time I made a call on my own to a random company, the quote always came in lower.

One of my tenants is a young family and a neighbor has scared the stay at mom a few times by randomly showing up in their back yard, I think a fence would solve (most of) the problem, but I’m wondering if any of you have dealt with this in another less expensive way that worked well.

The big problem you may face when you drop out of school and get some random job at $15/hr is that salary or your income capacity may be capped.

Don’t pay it randomly: when you get statement, pay off 2- days before the due date.

However, my agent also shows that they respect me as a client, and value my business, by not wasting my time, and also by not charging me any random/arbitrary fees. 

The other half of the bonus is paid at closing, to insure punch items from inspection are taken care of, etc.Lastly, I also get competitive bids at random times, just to make sure all pricing stays in line.  

If you just lay low and do nothing, it may give the image that you are illegally keeping the $$ and hoping no one asks for itAs pointed out..... get legal proof of who the $$ goes to.... don't just hand it over to some random relative

If you hate fielding texts or calls at random times about little issues, hire a property management company.
