I keep applications on hand for this purpose; or, you can start fresh, by not renewing the lease and get new tenants in who are okay with paying their own utilities.

@Chris WaltersYou can ignore the debit card advise from John since here in Canada, you can simply use your bank card to make debit purchases (provided it has been activated for that purpose on your business account).Being asked to provide a personal guarantee or collateral for a business credit card is not uncommon when the business is new and has no credit history or track record.

To answer your question about qualifying with a brand new LLC, I can tell you that time in business is not a factor  many LLCs are created just prior to the transaction and are special purpose entities (SPE).
