I would then start selling the lots pertaining to future home build-outs,.....off of the 1/2 completed structure and a desk full of future plans :D I would also line up with some good interim to perm financing programs.These loan types are for your prospective buyers.

So some investors really would just like a lead and not an agreed contract if they feel they can negotiate a better deal than a birddog (most birddogs are new and not that good at negotiating a RE deal as they are learning).A variation that can work if there is a bit of trust....The spotter finds a hot prospect.

So it doesn't matter if you are legally right if the courts don't find in your favor, without costly appeals.Moral to the story, do whatever suits you, be honest and your outcome should be good.If you have specific questions I can most likely answer.
